nvh工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

1. coordinate support from other functional areas (ta， qm， mf， mt) as needed to test turbocharger parts;

2. 100% on time test turbocharger parts per internal or e_ternal requirements;

3. evaluate turbocharger parts reliability by engine or vehicle test and gas stand test per internal or e_ternal requirements;

4. 100% required documentation of test results per internal or e_ternal requirements;

5. responsible for installation / dis-assembly of turbocharger part on test facility. also responsible of inspection and documentation of validation and test sample in support of internal function;

6. enforce health， safety， security and emergency systems awareness;

7. any other tasks assigned by supervisor;

任職要求:

1. university degree or above on mechanical engineering， or internal combustion engine， or vehicle engineering， or similar e_pert knowledge of internal combustion engines;

2. fluent english;

3. vehicle/engine test/ validation e_perience;

4. software knowledge (artemis suite);

5. e_pert knowledge in nvh topics of engines and vehicles;

6. e_pertise with nvh vehicle test;

7. nvh test and development e_perience in the automotive industry is preferred;

8. understanding of nvh test equipment and test procedure;

9. understanding the manufacturing process of turbochargers or automotive components;

10. customer contact requires professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage technical details;

11. must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize， handle multiple projects simultaneously， and meet deadlines;

12. 1 years interrelated nvh working e_perience is preferred; theoretical background of noise and vibration analysis and solving technical issues by test & validation process is needed;

13. engineering background， mechanical is preferred and especially nvh master degree is a plus.

3 job specifications崗位要求

3.1 general requirements 基 本 素質要 求

i. bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering， automotive engineering ， vibration and acoustics or

any other comparable final degree.

機械工程，汽車工程或相關專業(yè)的本科及以上學歷

ii. 3~5years work e_perience in nvh field

具備3到5年nvh領域工作經驗。

iii. familiarity with at least one of the nvh equipment e.g. dyno.， lms， head acoustics， b&k， agilent and corresponding analysis software is necessary.

iv. creativity for technical solutions.
